Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
Trip Graber Pvt. Ltd. ("Trip Graber", "we", "us" or "our") is a travel technology consulting and marketing agency registered in India, with its office at A70 – 2nd Floor, Sector 2, Noida 201301, Uttar Pradesh. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through tripgraber.com (the "Website") and in the course of our services, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
We deal with two kinds of people, and we collect different information from each:
Business clients – travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, hotels and other travel brands who engage us for technology consulting, integrations, websites or digital marketing.
Travellers – individuals who engage our destination experts for paid tour package guidance or a customised travel plan.
By using the Website or engaging our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Website or submit your details to us.
Information We Collect
1. Information you give us directly
When you submit the enquiry form on this Website, or contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we collect:
Your name
Your email address
Your mobile number
The service you are enquiring about
Anything else you choose to tell us in your message
2. Information we collect to plan your trip
If you engage us for tour package guidance or a customised travel plan, our planners will need more detail in order to do the work. Depending on the trip, this may include:
Travel dates, duration, origin city and destinations
Number of travellers, their ages, and who is travelling together
Budget range and preferred standard of hotels and transport
Interests, pace, dietary requirements and accessibility needs
Existing bookings or quotations you want us to review
Passport details, date of birth and nationality, where these are required for a visa application, insurance or a booking made on your behalf
We ask for passport and identity details only when a specific booking, visa or insurance step actually requires them, and we do not ask for them merely to open an enquiry.
3. Information we access on behalf of business clients
To deliver consulting and marketing work, a client may give us access to systems that contain personal data belonging to their own customers – for example analytics accounts, advertising accounts, CRM records, booking engines, supplier APIs or hosting environments.
Where this happens, the client remains the controller of that data and we act as a service provider processing it on their instructions and only for the agreed scope of work. We do not use a client's customer data for our own marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with other clients. Our confidentiality obligations to each client are set out in our engagement terms.
4. Information collected automatically
When you visit the Website we automatically collect technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the time and duration of your visit. This is used to keep the Website working, to understand which pages are useful, and to protect against abuse.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
Essential cookies – required for the Website to function, such as remembering your session and securing form submissions. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics cookies – help us understand how visitors use the Website so we can improve it.
Marketing cookies – set by advertising platforms so we can measure our campaigns and show relevant ads to people who have visited the Website.
You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the Website may not work correctly.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
Respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or quotation
Deliver the services you have engaged us for, including preparing itineraries, reviewing packages, and carrying out consulting and marketing work
Make bookings, visa applications or insurance arrangements on your behalf, where you have asked us to
Invoice you and keep accounting and tax records as required by Indian law
Provide support before, during and after your trip or engagement
Send you service updates, and – where you have not opted out – occasional offers and travel information
Improve the Website and our services, and measure the effectiveness of our own marketing
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents, and comply with our legal obligations
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following situations:
Travel suppliers. Where you ask us to arrange or book something, we pass the details necessary to complete that booking to airlines, hotels, transport operators, DMCs, local ground handlers, visa processing agencies and insurers. Those suppliers handle your data under their own privacy policies.
Service providers we rely on. Hosting and email providers, analytics and advertising platforms, payment processors, and accounting software. They may process your information only on our instructions.
Professional advisers. Our lawyers, accountants and auditors, where reasonably necessary.
Legal and regulatory disclosure. Where we are required to disclose information by law, by a court, or by a government or regulatory authority, or where disclosure is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Business transfer. If our business or any part of it is merged, acquired or restructured, information may transfer to the acquiring entity, which will remain bound by this Policy.
Use of Your Details in Our Work Samples
We may reference completed engagements in our portfolio and marketing. We will not name you, identify your business or publish your itinerary without your prior written consent. Anonymised and aggregated information – for example "a Noida-based tour operator" or performance figures with no identifying detail – may be used without further consent.
International Transfers
Some of our service providers and travel suppliers operate outside India. Where your information is transferred outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to be protected to a standard consistent with this Policy.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Information relating to a completed engagement, including invoices and correspondence, is retained for 8 years to meet Indian accounting, tax and limitation requirements. Technical and analytics data is retained in aggregated form. Passport and identity details supplied for a specific booking or visa are deleted once that purpose is complete and no legal obligation requires us to keep them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls, encrypted transmission and restricting client system credentials to the team members who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:
Ask what personal information we hold about you and obtain a copy of it
Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date
Ask us to delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep
Withdraw a consent you previously gave us, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it
Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity
Raise a grievance with us, and escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India if you remain unsatisfied
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may additionally have the right to object to processing, to request restriction of processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@tripgraber.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, and may ask you to verify your identity first.
Marketing Communications
If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails or messages from us, you can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or by writing to info@tripgraber.com. We will still send you messages that relate to an active engagement or booking.
Children
Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 other than the traveller details that a parent or guardian provides to us when booking a family trip. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information directly, please contact us and we will delete it.
Links to Other Websites
The Website may link to airline, hotel, supplier or partner websites that we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and we recommend you read their policies before providing them with your information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Where a change materially affects how we use your information, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Please review this page periodically.
